I had an amazing experience with Dr. Giles, Rebeca and Liz. From the moment I walked in the office they were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Giles took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the treatment plan in detail. They really care about your health. I highly recommend this office.

I could not say enough about Dr Giles and his staff. They all truly care about your health. From the time you walk in until you leave. He made sure I was cared for. His staff always made sure I was comfortable and was in as little pain as possible. They have All treatment in office as well. Give them a call.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Giles since 2016 and have struggled with scoliosis pain for most of my life. After years of pain during sports and fitness coaching, my adjustments with Dr. G have been a key part in keeping my back and body healthy to live pain free. I made the drive to Winder from Athens just to see Dr. G and was very impressed with the exceptional service I received from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, uplifting and friendly and even though I was visiting this office for the first time, I felt right at home. The trust and confidence I have in Dr. G to help resolve any issues whether it be neck pain, low back pain or tightness in my mid back is unmatched. Dr Giles and his medical assistant were amazing. Everyone was so nice and were very helpful with my recovery. They are very honest and real people that just want to help. Dr Giles was excellent and made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. Had a great experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a chiropractor.

I started seeing Dr.G after a car wreck a few years ago. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He recently has treated my whole family after we were hit again. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring and they are even all really good with kids.

I have been seeing Dr Doug Giles since 2018, first at his Athens practice and now at the Winder practice. He is simply the best chiropractor in North East Georgia if not the entire state. He has fixed so many issues, even tiny joints like the jaw. I see him regularly for adjustments to a very creaky low back and a neck that has seen many falls and years of work at a keyboard, and it gives me a lift every time, feeling both physically and mentally better immediately afterwards. My husband also sees him and the work Dr Doug does allows him to keep going in a very physical line of work. The team are also super friendly and for such expertise, the fees are very reasonable. We love Grand Oak and Dr Doug rocks!!

I’ve been going here for a car accident I’ve seen Dr Doug and Dr Mark it’s been such an amazing experience between them both there unique skills and styles have been such a blessing Dr Mark is capable of giving a deep massage working on the muscles around the vertebrae and it really helped me so much Liz and Rebecca are top notch working hand in hand with you thru your entire treatment they’re always concerned about your pain level and your recovery.give grand oak a try your back and neck will thank you the entire staff here is Amazing

Dr. Giles is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever had and his staff is some of the sweetest people I've ever met. When I started with him after my car accident, I was depressed and despondent and thinking it was going to take forever to get my limited amount of mobility back, but I am beyond glad that I was wrong. Dr. Giles went to bat for me and helped me every step of the way. He worked tirelessly to help me get my mobility back and now after being at his office for only 3 months, I am happy to say that I have almost every bit of my mobility back from before the accident. Words can't express how grateful I am to that man and his amazing staff. They were sweet and wholesome and made me feel so welcome in that office. I rarely left without a smile on my face. If I can recommend any chiropractor's office, it's this one. You will not regret it.

Dr. Giles and his staff are fantastic! I highly recommend him for anyone who needs chiropractic care. I came in for neck and back pain and he fixed me right up. I continue to come for adjustments on a maintenance schedule.
